Vacuum Forming

Quick and cost-effective manufacturing of one-structure plastic parts

What is Vacuum Forming?

Vacuum forming is a production process that involves the heating up and stretching of one sheet of plastic. A vacuum suctions the now-pliable plastic into a specially designed mold and, once cooled, a single-structure product has formed. There is a wide variety of vacuum formed products all around us everyday. The process is relatively quick, simple, and cost-effective. In addition, we recycle 100% of the plastic scraps.

At Summit, we use vacuum forming to create products with a wide variety of finishes and surface patterns. The result is a beautiful, clean, and strong product that will meet all of your expectations. The vacuum formed parts are produced to enhance the functionality of your retail display.
