The Challenge

Elizabeth Arden required a permanent Universal Generic Display vehicle that could be updated regularly in the field to hi-light and promote their new product launches. The design of the unit needed to convey the prestige and luxury of the Brand, while visually coordinating the graphics and organizing the product testers.

 

The Solution

The concept of creating a dual “Frame-system” that could accept a variety of interchangeable inserts provided a simple, yet elegant approach for the client, with the versatility to easily convert to any new product launch.  The lower perimeter angled Frame was extruded in solid aluminum with mitered corners, and a satin finish to provide a durable, easily retrofitted receptacle to accept any product insert.  The angled platform is affixed to the rear header sign with aluminum cabinet hardware, and is manufactured using a combination of thin-wall aluminum, clear and white acrylic fabricated panels, which accept an updatable graphic insert panel.  Each individual element can also be used separately as a base or sign independently.  For the “Ceramide Capsules” product launch, the elegant product insert was produced of a series of clear, frost and gold mirror elements, fabricated to hold the product testers, and convey the hi-end luxury aesthetics of the product.
